Dyson just launched the CameraJet™ — an electric toothbrush with a built-in camera, an AI algorithm, and a water-jet flosser, all wrapped around a countertop charging dock. It's an impressive piece of engineering. It's also $499.99, needs a Wi-Fi connection and an app to unlock its full feature set, and — as of this writing — isn't shipping yet. It's listed as a pre-order.
FIRSHAH 2.0 takes the opposite approach: fewer parts, faster charging, and a lower price, without cutting corners on the fundamentals of a genuinely good clean.
Here's how they actually compare.

The Price Gap Is the Story
At $499.99, the Dyson CameraJet™ costs roughly five times what FIRSHAH 2.0 does. That's not a small difference — it's the difference between an everyday toothbrush and a luxury gadget. You're paying for a camera, an AI gap-detection algorithm, and a water-flossing jet system built into the handle.
That's genuinely clever engineering. It's also a lot of toothbrush for a toothbrush.
Battery Life: 45 Days vs. 10
This is where the gap is hard to argue with. FIRSHAH 2.0 runs up to 45 days on a single 2-hour USB-C charge. Dyson's own spec sheet lists up to 10 days per charge, based on one brushing session and one auto-jet session daily — and that's before factoring in the countertop dock it needs to actually charge and refill.
Fewer charges. Fewer things to remember. Fewer things to break.
Simplicity vs. a System to Manage
The CameraJet™ isn't just a toothbrush — it's a system: a dock, a refillable liquid tank, RFID-locked brush heads that only work with genuine Dyson replacements, a recommendation to use SLS-free toothpaste and rinse, and an app connection over Wi-Fi to unlock live camera viewing and coverage tracking.
FIRSHAH 2.0 is one button. Pick up, brush, done. No dock to find counter space for, no liquid to refill, no app to open before you can use it properly.
Travel: One Was Actually Built for It
FIRSHAH 2.0's dock-free USB-C charging and slim, travel-ready body were designed around the idea that a toothbrush should go where you go. Dyson includes a travel case too — but the toothbrush itself is still built around a 12-plus-inch countertop dock for charging and refilling, which isn't something you're packing for a weekend trip.
FIRSHAH 2.0 isn't trying to be that. It's built for people who want a toothbrush that works exceptionally well, charges rarely, travels easily, and doesn't ask anything else of you.
Dyson means brushing your teeth now comes with a Wi-Fi password. FIRSHAH 2.0's biggest tech requirement is remembering to charge it every 45 days.
FIRSHAH 2.0 has never once asked to connect to a network. Some of us just want to brush our teeth.¹
Simple. Elegant. Powerful.
That's the whole idea behind FIRSHAH 2.0 — and it's still true standing next to a $500 toothbrush with a camera in it.
¹ To be fair to Dyson: they state the CameraJet's camera only activates for its gap-targeting and live-view features, shows an LED indicator whenever it's active, and processes footage in real time without storing, uploading, or sharing it.
